Take out the hassle of home building of your bike, why not have us build your bike?

For just £18.50 we will build, adjust, set and check all of the below components. All you will need to do is align the handle bars, fit the pedals* (due to packing restrictions) and your bike will be ready to ride! 100 % safe.

*BMX bikes (were fitted) will require fitting of stunt pegs and attaching gyro cable.


· Align and set* brake and gear levers
· Align handle bars
· Set handle bar stem bolts
· Check / true wheels to 2mm tollerance
· Check / set wheel nuts (where fitted)
· Check / adjust and set front and rear brake
· Lubricate brake and gear cables
· Lubricate seat and stem tube (quill stems only)
· Lubricate pedal threads
· Check / set bottom bracket crank axle
· Check / adjust bottom bracket bearing
· Check / set chain-ring bolts (where fitted)
· Check / adjust and set front and rear gear mechs
· Check / set saddle / post fixing bolts / nuts
· Inflate tyres to the correct pressure


*“Set” = tighten to the specific torque setting
