SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All our products are delivered are applicable to UK mainland destinations only. Extra Carriage charge of £15 for postcodes PH19-44, IV, KW, PA 20-88, ZE, KA27 & KA28, HS Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly, N Ireland.
Carriage charge for Eire £35
It remains the responsibility of the customer to advise us if you wish to return goods within 24 hours and return unwanted products in the condition to which the product was delivered within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will be made on safe receipt and inspection of returned products within 30 days.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We aim to despatch all orders received before 1.00pm same day (Mon-Fri only excludes public holidays). Goods are usually delivered next day. Whilst Wheels2ride endeavour to meet agreed delivery times and schedules we cannot always guarantee them due to third party couriers. We shall not be liable for any consequential losses due to delayed delivery times.
IMPORTANT when your product is delivered you will be asked to sign a document stating that the goods are received in good condition. We cannot accept claims for damages after the signature has been made, since our carriage insurer will no longer accept liability.
If the damage is acceptable to you then you should sign and note this on the sheet.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 256-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our purchasing system. They are not held in clear text on any website and are encrypted using methods recognised as secure by HSBC.
Wheels2ride work closely with the major merchant services providers. Any attempted purchase that appears to be suspicious is always reported to the credit card company. Goods will only be despatched upon approval of the appropriate merchant services verification with the cardholders.

GUARANTEE
The warranty points below apply, provided your Product has been properly cared for, maintained and used, and are warranted against manufacturing defects for the warranty period stated.
The warranty does not include labour or transportation charges.
No liability can be accepted for consequential losses. This warranty is designed to cover defective components and does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, abuse, excessive loads, neglect, improper assembly, alteration of original specification, improper maintenance or the addition of any item inconsistent with the original intended use of the product.
No product is indestructible and no claims will be accepted for the damages caused by improper use, competition use, stunt riding, ramp jumping, leaping or similar activities.
Full guarantee information is provided with each product and you are urged to read and understand the terms fully and ensure you follow assembly instructions fully.
If you undertake any unauthorised repair works to your product you will invalidate your guarantee.
All bikes supplied by Wheels2ride have a warranty of 12 months.
All cycle related toys have a warranty of 6 months.

PRIVACY POLICY
Wheels2ride do not and will not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Any information is collected through the ordering process, or through email enquiries. All data collected is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information gathered will not be used for unsolicited mailing, either land mail or electronic without customers permission.

RETURNS POLICY
Wheels2ride want you to be comfortable ordering online and have therefore developed a policy that provides you, the consumer, with peace of mind.
Here’s how it works:
Firstly you notify Wheels2ride within 7 days of receipt of the goods if you intend to return/cancel all or part of your order and the reason you are turning it.
We will only accept products back in their original packaging and unused, otherwise we will not accept delivery.
Cancellation – if you wish to cancel your order, delivery charges may have already been incurred by us and therefore you will be refunded less these costs.
Where incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been supplied, these will be replaced at no charge to you, or a refund offered. Subject to goods being in original packaging and unused in any way. Products can be collected at an agreed date and returned at £10 cost.

In both cases refunds will be processed upon proper receipt of any return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Non-warranty returns will be accepted if received within 7 working days from the date of initial delivery when the delivery note was signed. The definition of non-warranty return is an item that you decide is not suitable or that you decide you simply do not want. Again this needs to be in their original packaging and unused.
Although initial delivery may have been provided free of charge, we will refund “non warranty” returns less the cost of original delivery.
Any damage found on receipt will be notified to you within 24 hours and the cost to remedy such damage will be deducted from the total refund provided. You are urged to ensure goods are insured when returning them to us for this reason.
On ordering any products from us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions as stated above.
